Deb and I began our first full day in Salzburg by hopping on a bus and heading to Mozartplatz in the Old City. Named for the famous composer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who spent his first 25 years of his life in Salzburg. As you can imagine, everything is a nod to him. Our buddy Rod said "make sure you try the Mozart Balls." Not sure what he was referring to.....we kept an eye out for these. Chocolate balls with a marzipan and nougat center they are delicious. Our dessert for tonight.
