Watch Your Step Debbie!

A visit to the South Stack Cliffs RSPB (the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) reserve on the North West coast of Anglesey, Wales, was a must while we were in Holyhead.  The reserve is on the sea cliffs facing the vast Irish Sea.

Most of the paths in this reserve are steep and rocky and slippery when wet?

The path literally follows the top of the cliffs......two feet to my right and we are in the drink?

Well worth being careful to get great shots of birds and dramatic cliffs.  There are more than 4000 sea birds on these cliffs each year.  Mostly during the Spring and Summer months.

The cliffs are about 60 meters above sea level.  Extraordinary.....and this is just the path.
