"A traveler without observation is a bird without wings."- Moslih Eddin Saadi
With the snow falling on Vienna the last few days, it is definitely looking a lot like Christmas.
Here are a few things I need to feel the Spirit of Christmas.
Prezzies of course. I found these shoes...they are most definitely shoes...price 1500. Euros...ok maybe not...but are they not out of this world?
A BIG Christmas tree...oh yeah!
Christmas bows....everywhere even on barred windows.
Snow and more snow. But no shovelling for us please...that's why we are here in Europe.
And more bows...even on entire buildings. I LOVE THIS!
Everything I need to decorate for Christmas I could find in here. I'm not sure if we have Butlers stores in Canada, but this store was awesome. But alas I have nothing to decorate....maybe Debbie? shhh
A closer view of just how huge that bow is that decorates that building.
You can never have too many Christmas trees especially if they are glamourized by Mozart Balls.
The Christmas lights on the streets of Vienna are not all lit yet. I do believe it will be an event this weekend at the beginning of the Advent.
But a few have gigantic lights up and lit and wonderful.
I tucked this picture in for more ideas about a hat for a prezzie?
Christmas is incomplete without roasted chestnuts on a open fire or heated barrels.
And last but not least, don't forget about decorated palm trees. In Vienna?
