Random Acts of Kindness

A beautiful Viennese women, named Laura, deserves a medal for helping us today.  We purchased tickets to see a show at the Palais Auersperg this evening.  The gentleman who sold us the tickets said it would be easy to find the palace?  Not for us.  Completely bewildered we went around and around a number of blocks, in the right area, but could not find it.  We asked for help a few times, and got closer but never actually found the palace.
.....Then a young woman, Laura, asked if she could be of assistance.  OMG!  She was an angel.  Not only did she use her GPS to find it, she walked with us chatting about Canada and New York city and Niagara Falls until she found the palace.  She took our card with our email and would like to keep in touch.  Lovely, lovely, girl.
