Signs hang above the shops along the many narrow, colorful and winding streets of the Old town announcing what they sell. This owl sign caught Deb's attention. We never did look to see what kind of wares they sell inside. Her Mom, Irene, collected owls and since her death, whenever we come across an owl we think she is saying hello.
Sad day in history for Salzburg. Residenzplatz is a large piazza type courtyard surrounded by shops and restaurants now.
As we wandered around the tiny streets we came upon this cute little sitting/resting area.
This is a restaurant that was tucked away beyond the busy streets. I love the ivy all over the building. It is still mild enough that everything is green.
